Bottling process

"Ultra Clean" technology not only ensures the safety of the bottling of Akvile water, but also the cleanliness and safety of the packaging into which the Akvile water goes. Thanks to this technology, every bottle entering the enclosed dispensing area is vacuumed of dust, i.e. a micro-suction pump is inserted inside each bottle, and any dust or micro-particles are sucked out of the packaging before the Akvile water enters. In addition, each stopper entering the closed area is blown off with sterile air to ensure that no dust or other micro-particles that could contaminate the mineral water remain. Strict control over recycled plastic ensures that only food-grade plastic is used in the manufacturing process.
